Howard, the vocal one, named after Howard Cosell, the famous sports announcer, who's off-color comments got him in trouble. When Howard finds himself in trouble he uses his mouth until someone comes to rescue him. Howard seems to ignore adults, but really lights up when there are children around. He will repeatedly toddle or swim toward them and throw himself into their lap. He is a comedian.
